On Prop 8

It looks like Prop 8 will pass in California and I suddenly had a fear: what if Prop 8 passing means a push to make gay marriage legal nationwide through SCOTUS? What if they wait until Obama picks a justice or two?

Prop 8 may be a nail in the coffin of federalism.
